POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a talented and visionary AI Video Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging AI-generated video content that captures our brand’s essence and enhances user experiences across our platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and tech teams to utilize artificial intelligence tools and techniques that will elevate how we communicate with our audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Video Production & Design:
• Create innovative and high-quality AI-generated video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and product demonstrations.
• Utilize AI technology to produce compelling visual narratives that align with our branding and messaging strategies.
• Manage the full video production process, from concept development to editing, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• AI Tool Utilization:
• Identify and implement the latest AI video design tools and software to optimize our video production pipeline.
• Experiment with various AI methodologies to enhance video quality, animation, storytelling, and viewer engagement.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of AI techniques and iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and design teams to understand project goals and audience needs.
• Present ideas and finished designs to stakeholders, integrating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with trends in AI, video production, and graphic design, applying insights to our work.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Review and refine video content to guarantee high levels of engagement, clarity, and overall impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Animation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video design, animation, or multimedia content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with AI video design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics and digital animation techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and how to engage and captivate an audience through visual media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and deadlines.
