Nelnet is exploring innovative AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot to improve how we work. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This internship offers hands-on experience with AI tools and an opportunity to learn how AI can enhance content creation, campaigns, and communication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in exploring and testing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and PowerAutomate.

  • Support the team in identifying tasks that can be automated to improve efficiency.

  • Help integrate AI tools into existing marketing systems like CMS and CRM.

  • Collaborate with team members to learn how AI is used in marketing workflows.

  • Participate in training sessions and document best practices for using AI tools.

  • Help monitor AI tool performance and gather feedback for improvements.

  • Stay updated on new AI trends and share insights with the team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.

  • Interest in AI technologies and digital marketing.

  • Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or willingness to learn.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and low/no-code platforms is a plus.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative projects.

Pay - $15 - $19
