Job Description
What is Aussie for Agents?
Aussie for Agents is an all-in-one platform that allows agents to market their off-market, pre-market and on-market listings under a VPA-free listing model while harnessing the Aussie brand, home of millions of customers growing by more than 800,000 a year.
We are looking for an Agent Service Admin to join our Agent Services division to work closely with our Business Development and Account Sales Managers in growing our registered agents within Aussie for Agents.
Responsibilities
Set up new agent and agency accounts in internal systems.
Verify company and real estate licence information for compliance.
Ensure accurate branding is applied at both agent and agency levels.
Manage and maintain property listing feed connections with agent CRM providers.
Liaise with agency principals and CRM providers to resolve listing feed issues.
Respond to agent customer service tickets as required.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective administration and task coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving technical or process issues.
