Position Overview
Responsible for expanding customer acquisition channels, including online partnerships, cross-industry resources, and cross-sector alliances. Drive IB and retail client conversion through multi-channel strategies, optimize customer acquisition costs, and enhance brand market penetration.
Core Responsibilities
- Channel Development & Partnerships: Identify and develop potential online channels, cross-industry partners, and alliance resources; establish cooperation processes and maintain long-term relationships.
- Campaign/Marketing Execution: Design online activation campaigns, customer lead generation plans, and cross-department implementation plans to ensure IB and retail client conversion.
- Data Tracking & Optimization: Monitor channel traffic, registration, and deposit data; analyze channel performance; propose optimization strategies to improve ROI.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, branding, PR, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a consistent customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5 years or above experience in channel expansion, cross-industry cooperation, or affiliate marketing; experience in finance, Web3, or CFD broker industries preferred.
- Familiar with online customer acquisition channels, partnership development, online campaign execution, and data analysis.
- Experience independently planning online campaigns and executing cross-department projects.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills; sensitivity to branding and customer conversion.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
