Key Responsibilities

Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in planning and execution of events, booths, and activations

  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials, manpower, and vendor communication

  • Support on-ground execution to ensure smooth operations

Campus & Community Engagement

  • Support rollout of student ambassador programs and university activations

  • Coordinate with campus partners and assist in event execution

  • Help manage and grow community engagement across offline initiatives

OOH & Campaign Support

  • Assist in execution and monitoring of OOH placements

  • Ensure alignment between OOH campaigns and on-ground activations

Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Community, CRM)

  • Track campaign deliverables and timelines

  • Assist in reporting and performance tracking


Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in events, activations, or marketing operations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Willing to be hands-on and on-ground for events
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
