Directs strategy, business models and designs new channel experience for acquisition via offline channels.
Leads incubation of new offline marketing channels,which involves ideation and visioning, business casing, business requirement scoping, oversight of project delivery, and scale-up and commercialization
Leads delivery of dashboards, attribution logic, prioritization methodologies, location profiling studies, and other automations to enhance strategy and efficiency of on-ground acquisition initiatives
Works with internal Compliance, Fraud Risk, Operational Risk, Data Privacy teams, etc. to ensure that all on-ground executions are fully compliant with company policies and are free from fraud
Manages overall offline acquisition channel A&P, securing approval from Finance teams OTIF by ensuring that financial guardrails are followed and that costs are regularly optimized and rationalized
Monitors dashboards and KPIs daily and generates regular reports to measure campaign performance and areas for improvement
Leads regular reports and presentations on business, campaign, and financial performance to different levels of stakeholders
