The A-Mission Program at Amartha is designed to foster impactful projects that align with our core mission of creating shared prosperity. This program encourages innovative thinking and collaboration among employees, aiming to develop projects that address the needs of underserved communities. Participants in this program will gain the opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives while enhancing their skills in project management, community engagement, and social entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

• Educate Mitra about digital financial literacy, AmarthaFin, and our digital products
• Assist Mitra in downloading, registering, and navigating the AmarthaFin app.
• Facilitate informal learning sessions → literacy workshops
• Collect field insights, testimonials, and user feedback to help improve the product.
• Submit regular reports on field activity and outcomes.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengedukasi Mitra mengenai literasi keuangan digital, penggunaan AmarthaFin, serta produk digital Amartha lainnya.
• Membantu Mitra dalam proses pengunduhan, registrasi, dan navigasi aplikasi AmarthaFin.
• Memfasilitasi sesi pembelajaran informal seperti lokakarya literasi.
• Mengumpulkan insight lapangan, testimoni, dan masukan pengguna untuk pengembangan produk.
• Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan rutin terkait aktivitas dan hasil di lapangan.

• Education:

• Active university students(preferably start 5th semester) or fresh graduate
• Background in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Business, or Marketing
• Availability:

• Willing to commit for 3 months [start June] and Available for daily field visits during the program period.
• Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Genuine interest in social impact, sustainability, rural development, and women empowerment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Previous involvement in volunteer work, student organizations, or community-based programs.
• Fluency in local dialects is a plus.

Kualifikasi Kandidat

• Pendidikan:

• Mahasiswa aktif, diutamakan dari Semester 5 atau fresh graduate
• Latar belakang pendidikan dari jurusan yang relevan seperti Ilmu Sosial, Bisnis, atau Pemasaran.
• Ketersediaan Waktu:

• Bersedia berkomitmen selama 3 bulan [mulai di bulan Juni] dan siap melakukan kunjungan lapangan setiap hari selama program berlangsung.
• Keterampilan yang Dibutuhkan:

• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap isu dampak sosial, keberlanjutan, pengembangan komunitas pedesaan, dan pemberdayaan perempuan
• Memiliki semangat belajar dan mudah beradaptasi
• Pengalaman dalam kegiatan kerelawanan, organisasi kemahasiswaan, atau program berbasis komunitas menjadi nilai tambah
• Kemampuan berbahasa daerah merupakan nilai tambah.
