One Park Financial (OPF) is a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Coconut Grove, Florida. We help small business owners access the working capital they need to grow and succeed through a variety of flexible financing options.
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the development and expansion of our sales organization. This person will build the sales team from the ground up, define the strategy, and execute a scalable sales model that drives consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep experience in managing high-performing sales organizations, a passion for coaching and developing teams, and the flexibility to travel internationally to support business expansion.
This position requires extensive travel between Mexico, United States, and Dominican Republic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive company revenue goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring consistent performance and productivity.
- Provide direct leadership, mentoring, and motivation to Sales Directors, Managers, and Representatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to strengthen skills, improve close rates, and drive performance.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline, providing accurate visibility into short- and long-term opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with corporate objectives and market expansion plans.
- Foster strong cross-functional communication with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track results and inform decisions.
- Lead by example in representing One Park Financial’s values and commitment to client success.
- Travel regularly between Mexico, the U.S., and the Dominican Republic to oversee teams, attend meetings, and participate in leadership initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, including building and scaling teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-border or multi-location teams.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and sales operations.
- Advanced analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish required).
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B sales preferred.
