What You’ll Learn & Do:

  • Support the Prime Client Services (Prime CS) and Origination teams with daily operational and client support tasks.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the Prime Brokerage platform, products, and service offerings.
  • Assist in navigating the Prime Brokerage Portal (PB Portal) to retrieve account data and reports.
  • Support account reconciliation processes and help identify discrepancies.
  • Learn to recognize operational or risk-related situations that require escalation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Margin, Risk, Corporate Actions, and Finance teams to support issue resolution.
  • Assist in preparing internal documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Participate in process improvement discussions and operational workflow observations.

What You Bring:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in institutional brokerage, capital markets, and fintech operations.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and engage with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
