We are looking for a UX-focused Product Designer to improve and evolve the user experience of our existing fintech products. The role emphasizes research, usability testing, and end-to-end UX thinking, rather than purely visual/UI execution.
You will work closely with product, development, and design teams to identify problems, validate solutions, and deliver meaningful improvements to user journeys.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Own and drive the end-to-end UX process (research → flows → validation → iteration)
- Analyze existing products and identify UX gaps & improvement opportunities
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low to high fidelity when needed)
- Usability testing
- Heuristic evaluations
- User feedback analysis
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
- Contribute to improving internal UX processes and methodologies
- Work within and extend existing design systems (without being UI-heavy)
- 3+ years experience in UX/Product Design
- Proven experience in usability testing or research methods
- Ability to work end-to-end on UX tasks independently
- Experience working on existing products (not only greenfield)
- Good understanding of design systems (usage, not necessarily creation)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves : - Experience in fintech / banking / complex systems
- Familiarity with analytics tools or data-driven decisions
- Basic understanding of front-end (for better handoff)
