Team Leader - IR

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to manage our Cebu-based Data Research team. This role focuses on leadership, team development, and process management to ensure the delivery of high-quality accurate data on institutional investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and guiding the team, overseeing workflows, and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Oversee research workflows and processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

· Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching, mentoring and feedback.

· Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align team priorities with organizational objectives.

· Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.

· Implement and maintain best practices for data management and research processes.

· Monitor industry trends and research methodologies to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.

· Utilize data analytics tools to monitor quality metrics and provide actionable insights

• Proven experience managing a team, ideally within a research, data, or analytical environment.
• · Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• · Familiarity with research processes, data management, and analytical tools is advantageous.
• · Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
• · Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• · Strong understanding of the asset management sector and its data requirements is beneficial.
