About the Role
As a Talent Management Intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategies, specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and project management. The objective is to help establish the best place to work and empower the A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.

Job Description:

  • Provide operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organizational Development activities, such as performance review processes, organizational structure and job description updates, succession planning, and talent development preparation for both Head Office and Field Office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the journey of Management Trainee programs.
  • Manage data and leverage analytics to measure the impact of talent initiatives.
  • Participate in Talent Management projects and collaborate with other People & Culture teams to explore and identify potential improvements.
  • Support employee assessments and data processing.
  • A recent graduate from any major, preferably Industrial Engineering or Psychology.
  • Passionate about organizational development and talent management.
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • A can-do attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience or exposure to project management is a plus.
