About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive the entire recruitment lifecycle and contribute to building a high-performing and diverse workforce. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Performance Profile

Your success in this role will be defined by achieving these outcomes in the first 3 months:

  • Optimize the Recruitment Process: Reduce time-to-fill by 20% by streamlining sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Enhance Talent Sourcing Strategies: Implement diverse sourcing methods to increase candidate pipeline quality and attract top talent across key roles.
  • Improve Candidate Experience: Develop a structured and engaging hiring process, achieving a 90%+ candidate satisfaction rate.
  • Strengthen Employer Branding: Launch targeted recruitment campaigns and networking initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the industry.
  • Implement Data-Driven Hiring Practices: Establish key recruitment metrics and reporting to continuously refine hiring strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the FinTech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions in Dubai and other GCC countries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and staying current with industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple recruitment processes.
