Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for front-line and business development role for HK and China team
- Spearhead recruitment efforts for high-priority and high-volume technical positions.
- Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through multiple channels, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, job portals, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Focus on recruiting for the payment/fintech/SaaS industry.
- Partner directly with business leaders to understand immediate and long-term hiring needs, defining strategic hiring plans for particular business units.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the global recruitment process and framework.
- Lead and participate in special ad-hoc projects
- Assist in managing recruitment agency/vendor relationships, including reviewing contracts and negotiating terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for the fintech/payment/SaaS space is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and market mapping to identify suitable candidates and provide insights on the latest hiring trends to clients/stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the candidate experience and offer management process effectively.
