Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across APAC (Greater China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition across the regions.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above.
- 5+ years of working experience in Talent Acquisition. Welcome agency background candidates.
- Fluent in verbal & written both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC market recruitment practices.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, especially in high-volume recruitment settings.
- Global perspective with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and offices.
