Store Operations Specialist (Offline Stores & Roadshows)
The Operations Specialist supports the daily operational functions of the retail business, including inventory control, procurement coordination, store setup support, and operational reporting. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing resources effectively, and ensuring smooth execution of store operations and operational initiatives.This role will also work closely with the marketing/events team to execute on-ground campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination between operations and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to support business operations.
- Support inventory management processes including stock tracking, stock counts, and audit preparation.
- Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage sourcing and procurement of goods, equipment, and services from both local and overseas suppliers.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, reliable supply, and timely delivery.
- Operations & Process Improvement
- Assist in developing and improving operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and efficiency across retail operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records to support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Data Analysis & Cost Tracking
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, including sales performance, inventory movements, and shrinkage analysis.
- Support cost tracking and budget monitoring to ensure operational spending is properly managed and aligned with business needs.
- Project & Store Operations Support
- Assist in project coordination such as new store openings, store renovations, and visual merchandising rollouts.
- Support the execution of operational initiatives and offline marketing campaigns (e.g. store promotions, seasonal activations, roadshows)

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, retail operations, procurement, inventory management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in inventory management, procurement coordination, or vendor management is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret operational and sales reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in retail, store operations, or multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
