As the Staff Product Manager for Merchant Experience, you'll lead the transformation of the entire merchant journey at Paramount Commerce. Today, our merchants experience fragmented touch points and manual processes requiring SQL queries. Tomorrow, they will experience product-led, self-service excellence that delivers value in hours, not weeks.
This isn't about optimizing individual features; it's about orchestrating the complete merchant experience. You will drive the evolution from sales-led, support-dependent onboarding to a true platform where every touchpoint reinforces why merchants choose us. Your mission is to turn our merchant experience from a competitive risk into our primary growth engine.
Lead two key areas - Merchant Experience and Onboarding - and take ownership of helping customers reach value faster, by reducing friction and accelerating time to value.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who brings deep product-led growth experience, strong technical fluency, and a collaborative mindset. This role is for someone who loves owning problems end-to-end, making thoughtful trade-offs, and partnering closely with customers to build products that deliver value faster.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $210,000 CAD.
Final compensation will be dependent on experience, skillset, and role related qualifications, and will include benefits and bonus as per company policy. Please note that base salary ranges may differ based on location and local currency.
