About the role:

We are seeking a versatile engineer with deep experience in application development, cloud architecture, and infrastructure automation. You will design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and resilient systems across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). You should be comfortable working across the stack, from backend services to infrastructure as code, and thrive in environments that value ownership, learning, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fintech startups and/or B2B SaaS, especially where each customer receives a dedicated deployment in their own infrastructure, with all the associated technical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and microservices (Go, NodeJS, Java, Python).
• Design and implement scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS using best practices (IaC, Terraform, GitOps). -
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, including multi-cluster setups.
• Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.

• 10+ years of experience in the field

• Proven experience designing and operating solutions on Azure and AWS.
• Strong programming skills in Go, NodeJS, Java, or Python.
• Deep understanding of Linux system administration and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, FluxCD).
• Solid grasp of database design (relational and non-relational).
• Commitment to security best practices and continuous professional development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• Fintech/B2B SaaS industry experience is a must
