We are seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization in Santo Domingo. This individual will oversee sales operations, develop leaders, and drive aggressive revenue growth while maintaining a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed company objectives.
  • Develop sales leaders through consistent coaching, one-on-one sessions, roleplays, and live feedback.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans that drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring follow-through and operational excellence.
  • Participate in high-stakes calls and deal negotiations as needed (“2nd voice” or takeover support).
  • Conduct weekly team huddles, motivation sessions, and skill development workshops.
  • Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and execute performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategies with company-wide goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Marketing teams to ensure process alignment and optimized lead flow.
  • Maintain deep understanding of OPF’s products, value proposition, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Represent OPF professionally in all regional and international business engagements.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, including managing large or multi-site teams.
  • Proven experience leading outbound sales or call center operations.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, sales metrics, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, capable of driving both performance and engagement.
  • Advanced English (fully bilingual – English and Spanish required).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the financial services, fintech, or alternative lending industries preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
