We are seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization in Santo Domingo. This individual will oversee sales operations, develop leaders, and drive aggressive revenue growth while maintaining a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed company objectives.
- Develop sales leaders through consistent coaching, one-on-one sessions, roleplays, and live feedback.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans that drive consistent revenue growth.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring follow-through and operational excellence.
- Participate in high-stakes calls and deal negotiations as needed (“2nd voice” or takeover support).
- Conduct weekly team huddles, motivation sessions, and skill development workshops.
- Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and execute performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategies with company-wide goals.
- Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Marketing teams to ensure process alignment and optimized lead flow.
- Maintain deep understanding of OPF’s products, value proposition, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent OPF professionally in all regional and international business engagements.
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, including managing large or multi-site teams.
- Proven experience leading outbound sales or call center operations.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, sales metrics, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, capable of driving both performance and engagement.
- Advanced English (fully bilingual – English and Spanish required).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or alternative lending industries preferred.
