We are looking for an SMM Team Lead who understands that social media is not about vanity metrics — it is about positioning, trust, and conversion support.

Role Overview

The SMM Team Lead will own Admirals’ global social media strategy and execution across platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and region-specific channels).

The role requires balancing:

  • Brand authority
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Performance contribution
  • Lean team management

This is not a “content calendar” role.
This is a positioning and performance role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute global SMM strategy aligned with:
    • Brand repositioning toward serious retail traders
    • Product priorities (Invest, CFDs, MT4/MT5)
    • Geographic focus markets
  • Define content pillars (education, transparency, execution clarity, market commentary, infrastructure trust)
  • Ensure tone shifts away from hype toward authority

2. Performance & Accountability

  • Set and track clear KPIs:
    • Engagement quality (not just volume)
    • Traffic quality from social
    • Follower growth in target segments
  • Work closely with BI and PPC to attribute performance beyond last-click models
  • Optimize paid boosting strategically — no random post boosting

3. Content Direction & Production

  • Lead creation of:
    • Market commentary content
    • Educational videos
    • Platform feature explainers
    • Transparent conditions & comparison posts
  • Ensure content is:
    • Fact-based
    • Compliant
    • Clear and technically accurate

Shift focus from generic inspiration to actionable insight.

4. Team Management

  • Lead and develop SMM specialists and content creators
  • Build clear workflows and approval processes
  • Ensure efficient use of internal and external resources
  • Reduce dependency on constant top-down supervision

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
    • SEO & Content team
    • PPC team
    • Sales (reactivation & events support)
    • Product & Risk (for technical accuracy)
  • Ensure alignment between messaging and actual trading conditions

6. Reputation & Community Management

  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment
  • Escalate regulatory-sensitive discussions
  • Engage selectively in meaningful conversations (quality over volume)
  • Support structured presence on key trading platforms

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • Social channels reflect mature, serious positioning
  • Reduced reliance on hype-driven engagement
  • Improved quality of traffic from social
  • Clear contribution to funnel (registrations, TMA pass, deposits)
  • Stronger brand credibility in trading communities

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a meme factory
  • Not a pure design coordination role
  • Not a vanity metrics manager
