Job Summary:
dopay is looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Creator to join our growing marketing team. This is a solo, full-stack video role where you’ll be responsible for end-to-end video production — from concept to delivery. You will develop impactful content that supports dopay’s brand storytelling, social media growth, paid campaigns, and lifecycle marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Video Production: Own the full video creation process — concept, scripting, filming, editing, animation, and post-production.
- Social Media Content: Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) to boost organic presence and user engagement.
- Performance Campaign Support: Produce high-quality video assets for paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Lifecycle & Retention Touchpoints: Collaborate with the lifecycle team to create personalized, multi-touch video content (onboarding, product tutorials, reminders, re-engagement).
- Brand Storytelling: Develop testimonial videos, behind-the-scenes footage, podcasts, employer/employee features, and activation walk-throughs.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to ensure videos align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Project Management: Maintain an organized production calendar and manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the performance of videos across different platforms and iterate based on insights.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on video production experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
- Experience handling cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing short-form and branded video content.
- Familiarity with social media video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage full production cycles.
- Strong storytelling and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Familiarity with podcast editing and multi-format distribution.
