Your Mission

The Senior Sales Operations Manager plays a key role within the Sales Operations team, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Director. This role is responsible for overseeing the operational execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously. It requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, develop actionable plans, and ensure timely delivery, managing a team, monitoring the day-to-day work load and supporting more complex setups.

The ideal candidate is a good leader, strategic thinker, skilled in managing cross-functional teams, and capable of influencing and leading through execution. This role demands a proactive, highly organized professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer experience are essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of team management role
  • Project management experience or a similar operational role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent operational projects.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving, investigative, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry (required).
  • Fluent in English.
