We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to drive efficient, scalable customer acquisition across paid channels. This role sits within the broader Marketing team and works closely with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Communications and Creative to translate insights into high-impact growth plans.
This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to someone who can plan and execute complex work, use data to inform decisions, and contribute positively to team culture.
Role Overview
As a Senior Performance Marketer, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of acquisition initiatives, from planning and experimentation through to optimisation and reporting.
You’ll be expected to understand how different aspects of the marketing ecosystem work together - channels, creative, audiences, data and product signals - and use that understanding to drive strong business outcomes. You’ll also play an active role in sharing knowledge, improving ways of working, and helping the team adapt as priorities evolve.
