If you love blending strategy with action and want to leave your mark on a growing business, this is your chance. This position reports to the Chief People Officer, Melbourne and can be based in either Singapore or Melbourne.

  • Keep global initiatives (performance, remuneration, engagement) consistent and effective across teams and regions.
  • Spot and solve employee relations issues early, managing risks while supporting a scaling business.
  • Lead P&C projects and culture-enhancing initiatives that move the dial, both locally and globally.
  • Create clear, on-brand communications — from policies and templates to Slack posts and LinkedIn updates.
  • Turn workforce data into meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations leaders can act on.
  • Champion smarter processes and systems (tech and P&C), always looking for better ways to do things.
  • Grow tech and P&C team capability, and help foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

About You

  • Global savvy - able to navigate employee challenges, change, and stakeholders across APAC and Europe.
  • A track record of taking workplace initiatives from idea to execution, ideally across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Standout communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify the complex.
  • Sharp time management and organisational skills - you thrive juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder chops: influencing, negotiating, and presenting at all levels.
  • A balanced mindset - advocating for people while keeping commercial outcomes front of mind.
  • Comfortable with tech, data, and working in matrixed environments full of change and ambiguity.
