JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager who is going to create and execute strategies for exponential business scaling through product improvements, CRM, and performance marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition while retaining and expanding the existing user base
  • Create and test landing pages, homepage improvements, and new engagement mechanics
  • Develop and implement outreach systems, including AI-powered solutions and communication flows
  • Contribute to planning and optimization of performance marketing campaigns and CRM marketing for B2B clients
  • Leverage analytics and ML-based models to maximize efficiency and growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record in developing growth strategies and delivering exponential business results
  • Experience in both user acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Strong expertise in CRM marketing (ideally experience with HubSpot) and B2B communication for high average order value products or services
  • Solid technical understanding and effective collaboration with engineering and marketing teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on business and financial metrics

Preferred

  • Experience in rapidly scaling products in startups or young companies
  • Experience in businesses with long sales cycles
