Senior Business Controller

Kantox
Full-time
Remote friendly (Barcelona Catalonia Spain)
Worldwide

At Kantox, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in monitoring and optimising our commercial performance.

We’re seeking an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working close to the numbers. This role is focused on accurate reporting, analysing revenue and margin data in depth, and providing insights that support business planning and decision-making.
You will report to the Senior Controlling Manager, work closely with Sales and Customer Success, and act as a business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). You will lead the preparation of the monthly revenue deck and present it to top management. The role will also take part in the development of a new revenue forecasting model, collaborating with Tech and Product teams to enhance accuracy and scalability.

About the Team

You’ll be part of a small but high-impact Finance team based in Barcelona. Your mission is to ensure commercial performance is accurately planned, tracked, analysed, and reported to the business and the Group.

We are detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. The role places a strong emphasis on data accuracy, commercial reporting, and insight generation to support the wider business with reliable financial information. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis — calculating SaaS metrics, explaining revenue deviations and drivers, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and driving projects that improve processes and help scale the finance function.
