Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support business needs and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce features.
• Customize Salesforce to meet organizational needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools.
• Develop and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and process automation to optimize business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Salesforce platform, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality of solutions through testing and debugging.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, ensuring the system remains efficient and scalable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.
