The Role
As our Salesforce Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing ongoing administrative support for the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration.
- Delivering timely and effective technical support to end-users.
- Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Implementing and maintaining security settings, user roles, and profiles.
- Assisting in documentation, training materials, and process flows.
- Supporting platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Conducting regular system audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Staying up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
- Training and guiding users to enhance Salesforce skills across the organisation.
About You
You should have:
- 2+ years of experience working at a global or regional level with Salesforce platforms.
- Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201, ADM211, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
- Background in Financial Services (desirable).
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
- Proficiency in building custom apps, workflows, formula fields, and views.
- Understanding of other Salesforce Clouds and Apps (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
