The Role
One Park Financial is seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team in the Financial Services industry. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our sales representatives and providing support to our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and design high-quality sales training content, materials, procedures, and scenarios
- Responsible for holding regular training sessions for all team members
- Work along with Sales Managers to conduct new hire classes
- Identify future and current training needs
- Collaborate with Operations Directors and Sales Manager to stay up to date with product improvements
- Evaluate new employee progress
- Be able to identify areas of growth opportunity for team members, and provide adequate feedback.
- Elaborate daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to report progress, roadblocks, and challenges.
- Advance English.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience presenting and training
- Must have excellent customer service skills, management skills, and attitude.
- Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
