We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to drive sales effectiveness and productivity across the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance management, data analytics, and sales enablement within high-performance, results-driven industries such as Insurance or Real Estate. Proven experience managing operations for large-scale sales teams is essential.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management & Sales Enablement:

  • Develop, monitor, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Implement dynamic performance dashboards and establish a rigorous framework for regular performance reviews.
  • Design and manage incentive compensation plans that are closely aligned with strategic company objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales training programs, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodology, and negotiation skills.
  • Coach and empower sales managers and representatives to enhance overall team capabilities.

Sales Data Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales funnel health, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and regional performance.
  • Build predictive models to forecast sales outcomes and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

CRM System Optimization:

  • Lead the management and ongoing evolution of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Standardize CRM workflows and ensure high data integrity to support accurate reporting.
  • Oversee CRM training initiatives for new hires and the existing sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales Directors to implement sales best practices and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department on sales goal setting, territory planning, and compensation structures.
  • Liaise with the IT department to drive system integrations and optimize data architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations or performance management, with a background in performance-driven industries such as Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services being highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting and managing operations for large-scale sales teams (50+ people).
  • Proficiency with the following tools:
    • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
    • CRM systems
    • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • A proven track record of enhancing sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Fluency in Mandarin; strong English communication and exceptional presentation skills are required.
