As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth by leading business development efforts, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Lead sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Understand Kody's products and services in order to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
  • Build, coach, and mentor a small team of Sales Executives (where applicable)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Report regularly on pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Knowledge on e-commerce and POS integration an advantage
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Based in the UK, with valid right to work
