As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth by leading business development efforts, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Lead sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Understand Kody's products and services in order to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Build, coach, and mentor a small team of Sales Executives (where applicable)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Report regularly on pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Knowledge on e-commerce and POS integration an advantage
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Based in the UK, with valid right to work
