We are hiring a Sales Manager to grow our SME financing business by targeting vendors within the government and GLC procurement network. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who can also perform marketing and outreach tasks with minimal supervision.

What you will do:

  • Prospect and acquire SME vendors supplying to ministries, agencies, and GLCs.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement units and vendor management departments to identify vendor pipelines.
  • Pitch financing solutions including factoring, term loans, and revolving credit tailored to SME needs.
  • Organize roadshows and awareness campaigns in collaboration with anchor clients and internal marketing.
  • Execute marketing and client acquisition initiatives independently.
  • Manage pipeline reporting, sales performance, and disbursement tracking.
  • Assist credit and operations teams in understanding vendor business models and documentation.
  • Monitor market dynamics and policy shifts in public procurement.

  • 5–8 years of experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
  • Hands-on experience with financing products such as factoring, term loans, and revolving credit.
  • Self-starter with ability to drive acquisition and marketing tasks independently.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ePerolehan and GLC vendor ecosystems is preferred.
