📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients in target markets (banks, fintechs, payment providers).
- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Track outreach, pipeline, and activity in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and Sales Engineers to ensure smooth handovers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on compliance, AML, and RegTech industry trends.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B SaaS/FinTech a plus).
- Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English, with proven ability to communicate with international clients.
- Drive & Curiosity: Highly motivated to learn and grow in SaaS sales.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills – able to start conversations and build rapport.
- Resilience: Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling rejection.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred), Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
