The Role

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing corporate client relationships and leading the end-to-end lending process, from origination to approval and ongoing portfolio management. The role requires solid experience in corporate banking or lending and acts as the main point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with corporate and project finance clients;
  • Understand client funding needs and structure appropriate lending solutions;
  • Lead the preparation and submission of loan proposals in collaboration with Financial Analysts;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the credit approval and execution process;
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, lending, or relationship management;
  • Experience preparing credit proposals for submission to internal approval committees;
  • Strong understanding of corporate lending products and credit risk;
  • Ability to work effectively across Risk, Legal, and internal governance functions;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
