Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive the growth of our mobile trading application, Traze, in Vietnam.
This role is responsible for building the Vietnam market from the ground up, including user acquisition, digital growth strategy, business performance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong business leader with proven experience in mobile app growth, digital marketing, and market expansion, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will work closely with regional leadership and Chinese-speaking stakeholders; therefore, Mandarin proficiency is essential.
Principal Accountabilities
○ User acquisition (paid media, affiliates, KOLs)
○ App install and activation (KYC, deposit, trading)
○ Retention and user lifecycle management
○ User growth
○ Trading volume
○ Revenue and profitability
○ Localise the mobile app for Vietnam market
○ Improve user experience and conversion funnel
Key Competencies & Qualifications
○ Fintech / trading / financial services or
○ High-growth digital platforms (mobile app / e-commerce / tech)
○ Building or scaling a market (0→10)
○ Driving mobile app growth and user acquisition
○ Digital marketing and performance channels
