About Project

You’ll be part of a global automation project focused on transforming the customer underwriting journey through end-to-end automation.

By replacing manual processes with scalable, data-driven solutions, the project enables faster decision-making, improved efficiency, and a smoother customer experience across multiple markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects ensuring solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable improvements in underwriting efficiency and customer experience.

  • Delivery Management: Plan and coordinate work across cross-functional teams, managing scope, timelines, and priorities to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of automation solutions.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships across business, data, product, and technology teams, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment on priorities, outcomes, and value delivery.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining momentum across complex, global initiatives.

  • Performance Measurement: Track and evaluate project outcomes using KPIs, leveraging data insights to continuously improve automation performance, approval rates, and customer outcomes.

  • Business Process Improvement: Drive the transition from manual to automated processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and tailored to market-specific needs, including regulatory and customer considerations.

  • Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

  • Experience in project, or program management within digital, fintech, or automation-driven environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.

  • Strong understanding of agile ways of working and product delivery frameworks.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimization, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making
