The Role

The Project Analyst supports the successful delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives at Pepperstone. This role ensures effective project governance, reporting, and coordination across a portfolio of high-impact programs. Working closely with the Program Director, this position plays a key role in enabling executive decision-making through timely insights, risk management, and delivery assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Governance
    • Support the Program Director in managing Pepperstone’s strategic project portfolio.
    • Maintain and enhance project governance frameworks, templates, and reporting tools.
    • Coordinate project reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
  • Project Oversight & Support
    • Monitor project health, timelines, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
    • Provide hands-on support to project leads in planning, scheduling, and reporting.
    • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enterprise delivery standards.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Prepare high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive audiences.
    • Track KPIs and delivery metrics to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
    • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and delivery challenges proactively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with project managers, business leads, and senior stakeholders.
    • Facilitate collaboration across functions to resolve delivery roadblocks.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams on PMO best practices.

The role reports to the Project Director, based in Melbourne, Australia.

Preferred location for this role is: Melbourne, Singapore or Shanghai.We support flexible working. This position can be performed from both a mix of at our office and from home. Your manager will share details and expectations of your team’s regular cadence of working locations.

This is a fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role. 
  • Strong customer focus, the ability to relate to and understand our clients and a passion for providing excellent customer service. 
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality even in busy times. 
  • Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally. 
  • Ability to use good judgment, act and make decisions with integrity. 
  • Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation. 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Proficiency in working with technology, including Microsoft applications, Google drive, Gmail, Slack, MT4, MT5.
  • Fluency in English
