We are looking for Product Owners to help us drive value across our key domains, working on consumer finance and fintech products, improving core processes and end-to-end customer journeys, and delivering projects that power our business.
As a Product Owner at IPF Digital, you will play a key role in creating scalable and valuable digital products that connect business goals, customer needs, and technology. You will work in cross-functional feature teams, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from idea and business case through testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
Working hand in hand with our IT and business teams, you will ensure that product features and initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered in line with strategic objectives. You will help shape solutions that impact how our customers apply, manage, and repay their loans, and drive innovation across all digital operations and markets.
This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action
- Product ownership: Own and evolve the product roadmap to deliver clear business and customer outcomes. You’ll connect strategic goals with technical delivery, translating ideas into tangible features that create measurable value.
- Requirements definition and management: Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, refine, and prioritize requirements. You’ll translate business needs into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Stakeholder relationship management: Build trusted partnerships across business, technology, and operations. You’ll align diverse viewpoints, influence decisions, and ensure shared understanding of priorities and product vision.
- User research & Customer experience analysis: Leverage insights from customers and data to inform decision-making. You’ll ensure that every product increment improves the customer journey and delivers real impact.
- Innovation: Encourage creative thinking within your team, promoting experimentation and continuous improvement in both product and process. You’ll help the team learn, adapt, and evolve with every release.
- Delivery and project management: Work with development teams to plan, monitor, and deliver features effectively. You’ll identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams and markets.
- Measurement: Track performance and value delivered by each release. You’ll interpret data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to guide prioritization and ongoing optimization.
- Critical thinking: Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology by ensuring that each initiative contributes to IPF Digital’s broader goals. You’ll challenge assumptions, validate ideas, and focus on delivering real business value.
- Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an Agile delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience managing digital products or end-to-end customer journeys, ideally in fintech, consumer finance, or online lending.
- Experience working across international markets or distributed teams is an advantage.
- Relevant certification (CSPO, AgilePM, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
