- Embed a customer- and data-led culture: Champion customer insight, research, experimentation, and analytics to drive discovery, prioritisation, and continuous optimisation across multiple personas, regions, and markets.
- Drive product-led growth: Partner with Revenue and Marketing to deliver product-led revenue growth, retention, and expansion across self-service and sales-led motions, including monetisation, packaging, PLG, and market expansion strategies.
- Operate as a senior cross-functional leader: Align Product, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Regional leadership, communicating clearly and confidently with the Executive Team and senior stakeholders.
- Lead innovation responsibly: Stay ahead of FinTech, accounting, and regulatory trends, ensuring product decisions balance innovation, compliance, risk management, and long-term scalability.
- Build and scale product leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop senior product leaders, setting clear expectations and outcomes while fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable product organisation.
