  • Partner with leaders on workforce capabilities, team structure, and talent movement needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities. 
  • Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, capability assessments, and identification of skill gaps. 
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives, creating and executing improvement plans, recognition programs, and experience-enhancing activities. 
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance practices, team development, and feedback culture. 
  • Use people insights and analytics (engagement, turnover, performance health) to influence decisions and proactively address risks. 
  • Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations, ensuring fair, compliant, and timely resolution. 
  • Execute people programs and development initiatives, including COE-driven programs, talent development actions, and team listening activities. 
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a people partnering or HR advisory role in the Tech industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, talent development methodologies, and leadership capability models. 
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations cases with full compliance. 
  • Proficiency in people analytics, including interpretation of engagement data, turnover trends, and team health indicators. 
  • Solid understanding of organizational behavior, team dynamics, and change adoption. 
  • Experience delivering or supporting engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives. 
  • Ability to run talent reviews, succession discussions, skill-gap assessments, and competency-based evaluations.
