Your own mission within Kantox

As our People Generalist Intern at Kantox, you'll be at the heart of our People Team, gaining hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of People functions. Your mission will be to support and enhance the employee lifecycle, contribute to impactful People projects, and help us cultivate our unique Kantox culture.

You'll support projects and tasks from People Operations, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition, ensuring efficiency and, above all, having a great experience!

Reporting to Alvaro Torres, our Talent Development Manager, your responsibilities will be hands-on and varied, including:

Learning & Development

  • Assist in the coordination and planning of internal and external training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning activities.
  • Support the development of new training content.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve programs.

People Operations

  • Support the administrative aspects of onboarding new employees, ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Complete and file people-related administrative documentation.
  • Review and improve the onboarding process (including collecting feedback and analyzing data).
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the organization and scheduling of candidate interviews with internal interviewers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist in posting job opportunities across various platforms.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Genuinely excited to gain hands-on experience across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations within a challenging, fast-moving tech environment.
  • Excellent at time management, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly well-organised and detail-oriented, even when working autonomously.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about using social media, online tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and other People-related technologies.
  • A proactive learner, eager to understand processes and contribute to their improvement.
  • Fluent in English - a must-have!
  • Fluent in Spanish - nice to have!
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
