As part of this growth, we're looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while also delivering exceptional support to our clients and driving improvements to our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full payment processing cycle, ensuring transactions are executed accurately and on time
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payment operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment systems, workflows, and practices
  • Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Provide client support by addressing payment-related inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Support implementation of new payment methods and tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Handle second-level verification for cheque and loan disbursement processes
  • Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in payment operations or financial services
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret and draw insights from data
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to report onsite to our BGC office 5x a week
