We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. Description

We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager that experience in scaling growth initiatives in fintech or consumer tech. This role will lead AJAIB’s 0-to-1 partnership program, owning strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment to build Indonesia’s Robinhood-like acquisition engine.

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and own the roadmap for AJAIB’s partner program, aligning with company-wide growth targets
  • Develop ROI-driven strategies for user acquisition via KOLs, communities, and institutional partners
  • Establish performance benchmarks, budget allocation, and long-term scalability plans

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a cross-functional squad (product, legal, finance, analytics) to operationalize growth initiatives

Program Optimization

  • Design incentive structures, tracking systems, and fraud prevention mechanisms
  • Partner with product teams to integrate referral tools into core app features
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with potential AJAIB High Value Partners

Market Innovation

  • Identify emerging channels (Web3, community-driven investing, gamification) for partnership opportunities
  • Benchmark other partnership models for localization opportunities

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support broader Product Marketing projects as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of AJAIB's investment products (stocks, mutual funds, crypto)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in growth marketing, partnership, or affiliate roles preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesia’s investment regulations and partner ecosystems would be preferred.
  • Strong community-building and process-development skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
