The Role

We are growing fast and are looking for a technically minded, action-oriented Partner Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and building outstanding partner experiences.

 You’ll be at the intersection of technology, product, and partnerships, leading the implementation of partner integrations and ensuring that every solution we deliver drives value for our partners and their merchants.

 As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will take ownership of partner integrations, working together with internal & external stakeholders to deliver market leading solutions for YouLend’s existing, and future, strategic partners.

  • Lead technical integrations with partners, coordinating internal and external stakeholders for seamless delivery
  • Present and explain integration options and technical workflows to partners of varying technical proficiency
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners solve complex challenges
  • Translate business goals into implementation plans, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Support commercial teams by identifying opportunities to improve or deepen integrations
  • Spot and drive improvements in internal processes and tooling to scale integrations effectively

Essential:

  • Experience working in a partner or client facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering integrations or launching technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of APIs, software systems, and technical architecture
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A problem-solver’s mindset with a strong bias toward action
  • A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Desirable:

  • Have worked in FinTech, SaaS, payments, or similar high-growth environments
  • Possess a commercial mindset and understand how integrations drive business value
  • Are comfortable making data-driven decisions and evaluating ROI of integration projects
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can make a real impact

Salary: up to £80,000 (depending on experience) + up to 25% annual bonus.
