  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about Zain Cash services, features, and promotions.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department and follow up until closure.
  • Adhere to the quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Languages: Kurdish and Arabic (mandatory), basic English.
  • Availability: Ability to work on a shift rotation (24/7).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the customer service field.
