We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and people-focused to help us run our Porto office smoothly.
This is a junior role for someone who enjoys structure, likes making things work behind the scenes, and wants exposure to both office management and HR in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Office & Workplace
- Own the day-to-day operations of our Porto office
- Manage suppliers (cleaning, internet, utilities, coworking, etc.)
- Handle office logistics, equipment, access and inventory
- Coordinate seating, onboarding setup and workspace organisation
- Help create a great workplace experience for the team
People & Admin
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR admin
- Coordinate contracts and freelancer documentation
- Help organise team events and internal initiatives
- Support compliance-related documentation when needed
You’ll work closely with leadership and operations to keep things structured and efficient.
- 1–3 years of experience in office management, HR admin, operations or similar
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks at once
- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Based in Porto and happy to work on-site
