How do we work?
This Marketing Team consists of around 20 members located in Poland and the UK. As a Mobile App Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on - the App Store/Google Play - organic mobile marketing strategy for OANDA, to drive Client growth, and market-leading performance for value and innovations to further enhance all marketing touchpoints with prospects and our Clients.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Warsaw office twice a week with respect to your own commitments.
In this role, you will:
Support the creation, ideation, and implementation with our agency partners and internal teams of global ASO strategy.
Define and deliver a mobile and ASO strategy; keyword research, detailed plans, roadmaps, and budgets in line with KPIs, forecasts, and business objectives.
Help us to meet KPIs – the volume of new Clients and cost per acquisition, as well as a focus on increasing Client value and optimizing ROI.
Execution of creative projects using available tools, with support from the internal Creative Team and external agencies; prepare customized graphics based on available graphic layouts.
Support UX/CX/Product Teams to develop user journeys.
Perform AB tests, custom listings, and various activities in cooperation with the CRO Team.
Develop analytical tools such as dashboards in cooperation with BI Team and agencies.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders; present the results during regular meetings with Marketing and Sales.
What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?
Min. of 3 years experience, having implemented successful mobile marketing initiatives.
Previous experience with the applications for various locations, and with different language versions, both iOS and Android.
Knowledge of ASO, SEO, and organic channel optimization.
Familiar with tools: App Stores Intelligence - AppFollow / AppRadar / AppTweak / Splitmetrics and MMPs Adjust / Appsflyer or Firebase.
Fluent English.
Demonstrates strategic thinking and planning ability, whilst being tactically responsive to changing needs.
Results and future-focused seek out evolving and innovative ways to add value to the business.
Confronts and works through tough issues, demonstrating perseverance and a sense of urgency.
Nice to have:
Familiar with tools like Canva, and Figma to support daily work.
