  • Define and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Ensure that our visual identity and tone of voice remain consistent and professional.
  • Lead the strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Focus on community growth, engagement, and customer education.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of events, product launches, and community activations (both physical and virtual).
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality assets, including videos, graphics, and copy. Manage relationships with external agencies or internal design teams.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Design and maintain weekly and monthly marketing reports for the executive team, highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Move beyond raw data to provide "the story" behind the numbers—identifying market trends and shifts in user behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and report on the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across digital and offline channels to maximize impact.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, and Compliance).
