Oversee the creation of high-quality assets, including videos, graphics, and copy. Manage relationships with external agencies or internal design teams.
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Design and maintain weekly and monthly marketing reports for the executive team, highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), engagement rates, and ROI.
Move beyond raw data to provide "the story" behind the numbers—identifying market trends and shifts in user behavior to inform business decisions.
Manage and report on the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across digital and offline channels to maximize impact.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, and Compliance).
