Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and long-term integrated marketing strategies, budgets, and roadmaps for the Mainland China market, with accountability for brand health and business growth metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Define and manage the companyโ€™s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity in the Chinese market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of all online and offline marketing campaigns, including industry summits, seminars, webinars, and trading competitions, to achieve user growth and engagement targets.
  • Lead the strategy, content creation, deployment optimization, and performance analysis of all digital channels to ensure return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with KOLs, media outlets, industry associations, and strategic business partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with domestic financial media.
  • Lead the development of PR strategies, including press releases, media interviews, and in-depth collaborations, to build brand authority and trust.
  • Implement effective public sentiment monitoring and crisis management mechanisms to address any potential PR crises promptly and professionally.
  • Manage a high-performance marketing team, providing leadership and mentorship.
  • Collaborate closely with global headquarters and local sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

  • 8+ years of Mainland China marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in financial services, gaming industry, Web 3 or CFD broker.
  • A proven track record of successfully building brands, driving user growth, and achieving business objectives in the Chinese market.
  • Extensive network of media, KOL, and industry partners.
  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
  • Strategic and business-minded: Strong analytical, planning, and budget management skills, with the ability to translate business goals into executable marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership: Ability to inspire and lead a team, effectively manage internal and external resources, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Outstanding Chinese writing and speaking abilities, with a talent for building solid relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven: Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure effectiveness, optimize strategies, and demonstrate the value of marketing investments.
  • Native proficiency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills (for communication with global teams).
